"Spires to the Sky"
seascape sunset is perhaps the most calming effect of all. Sunset colors
and a gently rolling surf at the time the sun sets brings an ardent calm
to even the most hypertensive soul. But as always in reality there exists an element
which brings us back to the awareness plane of thought we had before the
calming effect. In this case it is the drop off effect of the water's edge
in the foreground.
I prefer the reworked version of this surrealistic piece because the original had a little too much color variation in the clouds. This version feels a little warmer as well and also inspired the piece "The Starfish" on the 'Perceptions II' page.
